I am sectrely aware that my son and sister are romatically involved. Personally I do not have a problem with them being together, but doubt if others would feel the same.
If you are ok with it, you might consider letting your son know. If they are going to effort to keep this hidden, it means they are having to cut you out of a portion of thier lives. if you love them both, and can accept that they are together....you should open up to them so they know. It will make them feel a little better, and you too.
